Halloween "Trick or Treat Outreach"
Sunday, October 31, 2021

After not being able to hold the church’s annual Halloween "Trick or Treat Outreach” last year
due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year the Holly Presbyterian Church
was able to return to its Halloween tradition on Sunday, October 31, by again hosting
the trick or treaters and their parents, but with some modifications. The church building was closed
due to continuing COVID precautions, so a table was set up outside in front of the church
and manned by members of the congregation.  Candy and non-food treats
were handed out to the kids from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.

Despite the cold, very wet weather, it was a lot of fun for everyone.
Next year we hope and pray that the pandemic will be behind us, and we can again return
to hosting the kids and their parents inside the church as we have in the past.
